Physical Development

We love to move in nursery and we have lots of space to run and play in our big outdoor area. We are learning to move with confidence in different ways, walk up and down the stairs whilst carrying objects, catch balls and run carefully. We are also learning to use small tools like scissors, paintbrushes, pencils and pens with control and confidence. Every week we practice writing our names! We are also learning to tell adults when we are feeling tired or hungry and learning to go to the toilet by ourselves and washing and drying our hands independently.
